Large-scale numerical control machining

When operating large-scale CNC machining, pay attention to the following contents

In order to use CNC machine tools correctly and reasonably and reduce the occurrence rate of faults in large-scale CNC machining, the operation methods are as follows. The machine tool can only be operated with the consent of the machine tool management personnel.

⑴ Precautions before startup

The operator must be familiar with the performance and operation method of this CNC machine tool. The machine tool can only be operated with the consent of the machine tool management personnel.

2) Before powering on the machine tool, first check whether the voltage, air pressure and oil pressure meet the working requirements.

3) Check whether the movable parts of the machine tool are in a normal working state.

4) Check whether the workbench is out of position or in an over-limit state.

5) Check whether the electrical components are secure and if there are any loose wires.

6) Check whether the grounding wire of the machine tool is reliably connected to the ground wire of the workshop (this is particularly important for the first startup).

7) The main power switch can be closed only after all the preparatory work before startup has been completed.

(2) Precautions during the startup process

1) Operate strictly in accordance with the startup sequence specified in the machine tool manual.

2) Under normal circumstances, during the startup process, it is necessary to first perform the operation of returning to the machine tool reference point to establish the machine tool reference system.

3) After starting up, let the machine tool idle for more than 15 minutes to bring it to a balanced state.

4) After shutting down, you must wait for more than 5 minutes before restarting. Under normal circumstances, do not frequently perform the operation of turning on or off at will.

⑶ Precautions during the debugging process

1) Edit, modify and debug the program properly. If it is the first trial cut, an empty run must be conducted to ensure the correctness of the program.

2) Install and debug the fixtures as per the process requirements, and remove iron filings and debris from each positioning surface.

3) Clamp the workpiece as per the positioning requirements to ensure correct and reliable positioning. No loosening of the workpiece is allowed during the processing.

4) Install the required cutting tools properly. If it is a machining center, the tool position number on the tool magazine must be strictly consistent with the tool number in the program.

5) Set the tool according to the programming origin on the workpiece and establish the workpiece coordinate system. If multiple cutting tools are used, the remaining tools should be compensated for in terms of length or tip position respectively.
