What are the consequences of improper handling of large-scale cnc machining processes
Processing with large cnc machining equipment is highly efficient and of good quality. However, if the process design is not handled properly, it will directly affect the output and even the quality and other issues.
1. The cnc machining process is too scattered
The reason for this problem lies in the fear of complexity (referring to the preparation time), simple programming, simplified operation processing, easy adjustment of tool setting when using one tool, and the habit of ordinary processing. This results in the product quality (position tolerance) being difficult to guarantee and the production efficiency not being able to be well exerted.
Therefore, cnc processing personnel and operators should be fully familiar with the knowledge of CNC processing, make more attempts to master the relevant knowledge, and try to adopt the method of process concentration for processing as much as possible. After using it several times, its advantages will naturally be reflected. After adopting process concentration, the unit processing time increased. We arranged the two devices face to face, enabling one person to operate both devices. The efficiency was significantly improved and the quality was well guaranteed.
2. The cnc machining sequence is unreasonable
Some cnc machining operators, considering some issues in preparation, often arrange the processing sequence extremely unreasonably. CNC machining is usually carried out in accordance with the requirements of general mechanical processing technology, such as rough machining first and then fine machining (tool changing), inside machining first and then outside machining, and reasonable selection of cutting parameters, etc. Only in this way can the quality and efficiency be improved.
Use the G00(G26, G27, G29) quick positioning instruction with caution. The G00 instruction brings great convenience to programming and usage. However, if the Settings and usage are not proper, it often leads to adverse consequences such as overshoot when returning to zero due to excessive speed setting, decreased accuracy, and damage to the guide rail surface of the equipment. If the return-to-zero route is not paid attention to, it is easy to cause safety accidents such as collisions with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of the G00 instruction, one should be thorough and not act casually.
In numerical control machining, particular attention should also be paid to strengthening the retrieval and trial operation of the program. After the program is input into the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → movement keys to conduct uncertain and definite searches. If necessary, the program should be modified to ensure its accuracy. Meanwhile, before the formal execution of the program processing, a trial run of the program (with the power amplifier turned on) must be conducted to confirm whether the processing route is consistent with the designed route.
