CNC machining usually refers to computer digital control of precision machining, CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, CNC boring and milling machine, etc. CNC precision processing, integration of industry resources, the use of casting, forging, powder metallurgy, extrusion and other raw materials processing, reduce costs. <br>
The machining method of CNC workpiece surface first depends on the technical requirements of machining surface. However, it should be noted that these technical requirements are not necessarily the requirements specified in the part drawing, and sometimes they may be higher than the requirements in the part drawing due to technological reasons. For example, because the datum does not coincide, the machining requirements for the surface of some CNC parts are increased. Or because it is used as a precision benchmark, it may put forward higher processing requirements. <br>

Any kind of CNC machining method can obtain a large range of machining accuracy and surface roughness, but only in a narrow range is economic, and the machining accuracy in this range is economic machining accuracy. Therefore, when selecting the processing method, the corresponding processing method which can obtain the economic processing precision should be selected. <br>
2. The material properties of CNC parts should be considered. <br>
3. The structure shape and size of CNC parts should be considered. <br>
4. Consider productivity and economic requirements. In mass production, advanced technology with high efficiency should be adopted. Even can fundamentally change the blank manufacturing method, can reduce the amount of machining labor.
