1. Density. After cold deformation, the density of aluminum decreases due to the defects of microcracks or microcracks in and between grains, and the cracks are empty. <br>
2. Resistance. The damage of intergranular materials makes the grain contact directly, the grain orientation ordering, the intergranular and intragranular cracking, etc., which have a significant effect on the change of resistance. 3. Chemical stability. After cold deformation, the internal energy of the data increases, which makes its chemical function more unstable and easy to be corroded, especially stress corrosion. <br>
4. Structure and anisotropy: after large cold deformation, the aluminum material shows anisotropy due to texture. For example, aluminum alloy sheets tend to show significant ear making during deep drawing. The processing conditions should be controlled reasonably to make full use of the advantages of texture and anisotropy, reduce the processing cost of CNC precision parts, and prevent or eliminate the disadvantages. Technical requirements for repair welding: < br > 1
1. Before repair welding, the defects must be completely removed. CNC precision parts should be processed. The groove surface should be flat and smooth without sharp corners. <br>
2. According to the defects of steel castings, the defects in the repair welding area can be removed by shoveling, grinding, carbon arc gouging, gas cutting or machining. <br>
3. The dirt such as sand, oil, water and rust in the repair welding area and within 20 mm around the groove must be thoroughly cleaned. <br>
4. In the whole process of repair welding, the temperature of preheating zone of steel casting shall not be lower than 350 ° C. <br>

6. During repair welding, the welding rod should not swing too much. <br>
